Additional Support Services

Our Consumers and their Families look to us for great care and incredible service. AIM HIGH Home and Community Services / AHHCS, Inc. will deliver on those expectations every time. We believe that you or your family member deserves the best in life, and your needs should be taken care of in the most caring fashion possible.

Please allow our team to take care of those needs. We will provide you or your loved one with the following services, depending on which program they are eligible to receive services:

• Case Management
• Nursing Services
• Dental Services
• Occupational Therapy
• Physical Therapy
• Speech and Language Pathology
• Audiology
• Social Work
• Psychology; and
• Dietary Services

Residential Assistance will be provided in one of the following four ways:

• Supported Home Living
• Foster/Companion Care
• Supervised Living or
• Residential Support is provided in a residence serving four individuals.
• ICF-ID 6-bed Group Home

Additional Services will include:

• Adaptive Aids up to $10,000 per year
• Minor Home Modifications up to $7,500 (lifetime) $300 per year maintenance
• Dental allowance of $1,000 per year
• Supported Employment
• Day Habilitation
• Respite Services
