Learn Who We Are

Aim High Home and Community Services (AHHCS, Inc.) was established in 2009 to provide quality supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our team brings over 30 years of experience serving this population in the DFW area. Under the leadership of Wendy Yates, Owner and Administrator, Aim High HCS is committed to delivering person-centered services that promote dignity, independence, and inclusion.

Our Mission

AIM HIGH Home and Community Services, Inc. will provide individuals served with the same rights and responsibilities exercised by persons without disabilities. Each individual, along with their family, will participate in making choices about where they live, where they attend school or work, and how they enjoy their leisure time. Teaching or training programs will emphasize each individual’s potential to function as independently as possible, and above all, AIM HIGH will ensure that each individual's rights are being exercised and protected, and each individual’s humanity and dignity are respected.

We strive to create opportunities that empower choice—in living, learning, working, and leisure—so every person can lead a fulfilling life.
